The Maroon Loon

The Maroon Loon is one of the most beloved college hockey mascots of all-time. He is the former mascot of the UMD Bulldogs, even though he is a skating chicken. He is famous for his ridiculous antics including skating on stilts and shooting water guns at opposing fans. The Loon sounds like a truly awesome college hockey mascot... reminds me a little of the Philly Phanatic.
