Utah State pounds rival Utes 12-2 in 5 innings

Utah State scored eight runs in the second inning en route to blasting rival Utah 12-2 (five innings) Tuesday afternoon in Logan. After being swept in a 3-game series by Fresno State over the weekend, Utah State had no trouble in grabbing its best non-conference win of the season and run-ruling the Utes of the Mountain West Conference. The Aggies sent 14 batters to the plate in the second
