Deanna Mauer 1987-2011
It is with great sadness that we learned today of the passing of former San Jose State star pitcher Deanna Mauer.Mauer died Wednesday at the age of 23 as a result of injuries suffered in a traffic collision in Southern California. The crash is still under investigation.By all accounts, Mauer left a lasting impression on all who knew her, and our thoughts and condolences go out to all of those
